Protein intake is an essential component for muscle growth and amino acids are the building blocks of protein. However, it can be difficult to obtain the correct amount of protein from food, which is where supplements come in. By using a protein supplement after a workout, you can help to ensure that your muscles recover faster.

We use whey protein that’s hormone and antibiotic free and made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA. Instant Whey™ Pro also contains LactoSpore®, a friendly bacteria.

Consume 1 serving per day, ideally post-workout.

Mix 25g with 150ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender.

150ml is recommended for optimal taste but these are guidelines and more or less water can be added to suit your preference.

Once mixed, consume immediately. For exact measurements, we advise using weighing scales, as the scoop measures in millilitres rather than grams.

This is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet.
