Delivery

We offer free delivery on products (excluding glass bottle drinks) when you spend £150 or more (before vat).  If your order includes glass bottle drinks the minimum spend for free delivery is £350 (before vat).  If your order does not come to £150 (before vat), then standard delivery is £6.49 + vat.

We offer next working day delivery for standard items if you place your order before 2pm, and next working day delivery for drinks and pallet orders 100kg and above if order is received by 11am.  If you miss the cut off, or if pre-payment is required and not obtained then, we cannot guarantee next working day delivery.  Please be aware that next day delivery is next working day, which does not include Saturday’s, Sunday’s and Bank holidays etc.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel/delivery (bad weather or postal strikes, for example).  If this happens we will let you know.  We assure you that we will be doing our best to sort it out for you and in the occasion of a product/parcel being lost during its journey to you, we will send out a replacement straight away and will be in touch again to let you know when you should expect it.

Shipping Destinations

Currently we only ship to Mainland UK, but if you would like to enquire about a destination outside of mainland UK then please contact us on 0121 709 0433 option 2, or email us on info@bodyshocker.co.uk with your request and we can find out shipping fees and timescale etc for you, this would be a chargeable service.  Please do not place an order for a country outside of the UK without asking us first, as this may incur transaction fees for the payments you make. If you do this, we will have to issue a refund, which will be minus the transaction fee incurred.
