SUGGESTED USE: Start with 1 scoop (7g) mixed with 250ml-300ml water to assess tolerance before moving onto 2 scoops (14g) fo ADVANCED USERS ONLY. Mix in a shaker cup, shake for aproximately 30 seconds and consume 20-30 minutes prior to your workout. High Caffeine Content (300mg per 2 scoops). Do not exceed daily intake of 400mg caffeine per day. To avoid sleeplessness do not consume 4-6 hours before bed.
