Scitec’s Mega BCAA 2300 product contains L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a 2:1:1 ratio in capsule form. BCAAs, i.e. Branched-Chain Amino Acids, are among the so-called essential amino acids. The human body cannot produce these amino acids, or only in insufficient quantities, so we can get these amino acids from an external source, during our daily meals, by consuming protein-containing foods.
