Directions of Use: 1 serving daily, e.g. in the morning, before or after training. Mix 1 scoop (=5.1 g) with water or your favourite liquid beverage - scoop included. Warnings: Food supplement with essential amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
